Informed by experience and expertise from both sides of the therapist's couch, The Mixed + Multiracial Guide to Wellbeing shows you how to handle microaggressions, confront systemic issues, and control your own story. Out November 21st 2025!
Hello I’m Namalee! (she/her) I‘m a British-born Sri-Lankan + Dutch, UKCP registered transpersonal integrative psychotherapist.
Transpersonal psychology is a holistic approach which emphasises self-actualisation and inner expansion by combining the psychological, emotional, social, environmental and spiritual. I’m passionate about helping my clients with their transformation and healing so that they can flourish in the world as their truest most authentic Self!
Life happens…and sometimes we can all feel lost or like we need a bit of extra support. I harness an intuitive depth psychology approach where I work with the hidden unconscious aspects of the psyche to investigate areas that may have been missed in your previous understanding of who you are…
From exploring this together we will uncover blockages and get to the root of self limiting beliefs and other issues you would like to tackle. Whether you are having a challenging time or simply need someone to talk to about taking the next step in your journey, I’m here to support you!
“ The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are ”

Therapy sessions with me are 50 minutes weekly. More frequent sessions are sometimes available on request. I mostly work long term with my clients.
I offer a free no obligation 30 minute online consultation (or a call if you prefer) so we can get a sense of how working together would feel for us both. Please do get in touch if you would like to arrange a consultation or if you have further questions regarding fees. I currently offer both online and in person services.
